Leadership Garden City is a 501(c) Non-Profit organization managed by a volunteer board. Leadership Garden City is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to manage and facilitate our Annual Leadership Program for a term consisting of three years with a budget revision done on an annual basis.

Our Alumni

Leadership Garden City builds practical leadership skills that individuals will use at home, at work, and in the community to be more effective in every situation. Classes encourage creative thinking and relationship building, transforming our community one person at a time. Participants use hands-on, practical experiences to develop and fine tune their leadership skills while learning the essential capacities of servant leadership.
